Your adventure, your choices
GoatStack privacy policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026. This policy explains how the GoatStack Android game from Blue Barn Games, presented here as GoatStack Gaming, handles information. For privacy questions, contact goatstackgame@proton.me.
What the game saves on your device
GoatStack saves your level progress, scores, unlocked goats, earned items, achievements, tutorial reminders and game settings on your device. The game asks for your date of birth to decide whether to enable ads. It saves an age category (under 13, 13–17 or 18+) and the year that choice was checked, not your full birth date. The age choice is checked again periodically. These records let the game remember your progress and preferences. GoatStack does not provide player accounts or cloud saves in this version.
Advertising and sharing with Google
GoatStack uses Google AdMob's advertising software. For players whose saved age category is 18+, the game may show banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads. The game does not request ads when the age category is under 18 or has not been chosen.
When ads are requested, the advertising software may send information to Google, including your device's IP address (which can indicate approximate location), interactions such as app launches, taps and video views, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers. Google uses this information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. GoatStack's current Android configuration does not request access to the Android Advertising ID, but Google's software may use other identifiers. Read Google's Privacy Policy and the Google Mobile Ads Next-Gen SDK data disclosure for more detail.
Ad consent and your choices
For eligible adult players, the game checks whether an ad-consent choice is required before requesting ads. Where a consent message is required and available, it is shown before ads are enabled. If that check or message fails, the game does not request ads. You can change your age choice in the game's Settings. An ad privacy choices button is available there when Google's consent tools provide it. You can choose not to watch a rewarded ad; in that case, you will not receive its optional in-game reward.
How long information is kept and how to delete it
Your local records remain on your device unless you remove them. The game's Reset Progress option clears gameplay progress, earned items and achievements. It does not clear your game settings, saved age category or tutorial-reminder history. To remove all of the game's local records, clear GoatStack's app data in Android settings or uninstall the game. Changing your age choice in the game replaces the saved age category.
Resetting progress or uninstalling GoatStack does not delete information that Google may have received through its advertising software. Google handles and retains that information under its own policies. Contact us at the email above if you have a privacy question or request; we can explain which information is stored locally and which is handled by Google.
Children and teens
GoatStack's ad flow is disabled for players whose age category is under 18 or unknown. Parents or guardians can contact us with questions about a child's use of the game.
Security and changes
The game's own progress and preference records are stored locally on your device. Google states that data collected by its Mobile Ads Next-Gen SDK is encrypted while being sent. We will update this policy if the game's data practices change, and show the date of the latest update on this page.
